"It was great! Loved the opportunity to exchange best practice, what was being taught within a real program being designed. Thanks for being so flexible with the agenda to incorporate what the group wanted to cover."
SELF DEFINITION / IDENTITY

The way you define yourself has a huge impact on how you experience your life, the opportunities you take and those that present themselves to you.  You ‘project’ your self definition, and others respond to what you are projecting.  Many of us are unaware of how we define ourselves and yet .  Our experience reflects that implicit definition.  In this program, through a process of self-reflection and exploration of values, participants develop a more conscious, intentional, and often more positive self definition. The resulting self-definition both projects a stronger presence and attracts more positive experiences.
